To Our Valued Patients,
Given the daily changes that the COVID-19 outbreak is creating in our communities, we want to reassure you that our office is continuing to do our part to provide essential medical services and procedures. We have adjusted our office hours so please be sure to call the office before coming in.
To keep our patients and office staff safe, we are following Centers for Disease Control (CDC) screening guidelines and asking all patients and visitors if they have a fever or cough, if they have traveled abroad in the past two weeks and if they have had contact with anyone having COVID-19. These questions will be asked at scheduling, upon arrival and throughout your visit to our office. We are also rigorously cleaning every surface in our offices and following all CDC guidelines including social distancing protocols. To help with that, we ask only patients to come into our office and only if you need assistance, that you only have one person accompany you to your appointment. All others need to wait in the lobby, car or outside our office.
