Pre-Procedure Instructions for Cardiovascular Catheterization
Pre-Registration
Please report to Guest Registration, located on the second floor of the hospital tower, 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can also pre-register prior to the scheduled date. Please bring a picture ID and your insurance membership/identification card on the day of your appointment. Registration opens at 5:30 am
Preparation
PLEASE DO NOT eat or drink anything after midnight, the night prior to your procedure or after the time your physician has indicated. Your procedure may be delayed or cancelled if food or dink has been taken by mouth. If you are on prescription medications, please check with your physician about whether or not to take them the day of your procedure. Please bring all prescription medications you are currently taking or an accurate list with you to the hospital. If you develop a change in your general health prior to your procedure, please contact your physician (cardiologist) that scheduled the procedure. We will appreciate if you can come in on time. You will not be allowed to drive after the procedure so please make arrangements for transportation home.

Parking
We are located on the corner of Pali Momi and Moanalua Road, mauka of Pearlridge Center Downtown (see Map). We offer Valet Parking for $4. Drop off your vehicle at the Moanalua Road entrance. Validated self parking is also available
